This Privacy Policy explains how Seagull Chaos (“the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

Nickname (Leaderboard)

The App generates a random nickname for leaderboard purposes. You may change this nickname in the settings at any time. The nickname is used only to display scores on the leaderboard.

Advertising Data (Unity Ads and Google AdMob)

The App uses third-party advertising services:

• Unity Technologies (Unity Ads)
• Google (Google AdMob)

These services may automatically collect certain information to provide advertisements, including:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID or IDFA on iOS)
• IP address
• Device information (model, operating system version, language)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction data (ad views, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by the advertising providers, not directly by us.

Internet Connection

The App uses an internet connection for:

• Showing advertisements
• Loading leaderboard data

The App can still be played offline, but advertisements and leaderboard features may not function.

2. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, the App may request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

If you allow tracking, our advertising partners may use the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to provide personalized advertisements.

If you decline permission, you will still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• Display leaderboard scores
• Show advertisements
• Improve app performance and stability
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

However, information may be shared with third-party services used in the App, including:

• Unity Technologies
• Google

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our own servers beyond what is necessary to provide leaderboard functionality.

Leaderboard nicknames and scores are stored only as required to operate the feature.

Advertising providers may retain data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Choices

You can control advertising preferences on your device:

• On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
  You can disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track.”
• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads
  You can reset or delete your Advertising ID.
