If you experience a bug, have trouble using voice input, need help with generated responses, or need support with a purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

When Reporting a Problem
Please include the following details so we can help faster:
- Your device model, for example iPhone 14
- Your iOS version
- The AskOracle app version, if available
- A short description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
Voice Input Help
AskOracle can use microphone input and speech recognition so you can ask questions by voice.
If voice input is not working, please check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled for AskOracle in your device settings.
Responses & Share Cards
AskOracle can generate responses based on the questions you ask. You can save recent responses and create share cards from the app.
If a share card does not appear correctly, please try saving or sharing again. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
Purchases & Restore
If you purchased premium access and premium features are not showing, open the upgrade screen and use Restore Purchases.
After purchase is completed, the premium indicator will show that premium features are unlocked.
